Mom and Me CPR Workshops

Class Details:

  • Designed for meetup groups, play-dates, informal meeting sessions

  • Duration: 1-1.5 hours depending on class participation

  • Minimum Class Size 4 / Max class size: 8

  • Cost: $20 per person 

  • Topics to be covered:

    • Child/Infant Choking

    • Child/Infant CPR

    • How to approach and respond to a sick and/or unresponsive child

    • Drowning

    • Basic first aid topics

Family CPR/AED & First Aid Training

Class Details:

  • Designed for families who wish to learn together

  • Duration: 2-2.5 hours depending on class participation

  • Max class size: 8

  • Cost: $25 per person

  • Topics to be covered:

  •  Approaching and responding to an unresponsive person

    • Adult/Child/Infant choking awake

    • Adult/Child/Infant choking unresponsive

    • Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED

    • Basic first aid topics 


Meet your instructors

Marian and David are owner/managers of PreparaMom, LLC. Marian is a licensed RN and David is a Fire Captain and a Paramedic. Combined they have 44 years of healthcare and emergency preparedness and response. They are also parents to two school-age children. Their professional and parental experiences provide a family-first approach in their instruction.

where do you offer your workshops?

At this time, we are only offering in-person the Family CPR/First Aid classes in the South Bay Area.  The Personal Family Budgeting workshop can be held in-person or remotely. Please contact us for further details of any of our classes. 

Are you certified to teach CPR and First Aid?

Yes, we are an approved training center with ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute). Our staff are trained and licensed medical profressionals (Paramedic and RN) with 44 years combined experience.
